On average, in 6 - 8 weeks we find and propose 2 - 4 most suitable and motivated candidates for the client's vacancy.

A search is organised in the following way:

  • Pre-selection based on job-centred interviews of the most suitable candidates;
  • Presentation of “long list” candidates (after motivation interviews);
