Competency assessment

Employee assessment is grounded on two principles: first, a competency model is developed for each assessment separately; second, assessment centres are used, meaning that each competency is assessed by at least 2 methods and each person is assessed by at least 2 consultants. We use SHL methodologies that meet world standards and are adapted to Lithuania. 

The following competencies are assessed most often:

  • Analysing and interpreting
  • Leading and deciding
  • Adapting and coping
  • Organising and executing
  • Interacting and presenting
  • Enterprising and performing
  • Supporting and co-operating
  • Creating and conceptualising

Competency assessment is used not only for employee selection but also for creating a personal employee development scheme, outplacement, organisational restructuring or improving team-work.
