JSC “Fontes Vilnius“ started its operations in 2000 as a member of Fontes Group, uniting the leading executive search, assessment and HR consulting companies in Estonia (founded in 1990) and Latvia (founded 1995). In 2006, Fontes Vilnius started its operations in Kyiv.
In 2008, Fontes Vilnius was acquired by MPS Enterprises Ltd. MPS is an EU-based, private partnership corporation founded in 1975, operating out of more than 30 offices in Europe with about 150 employees.
Fontes Vilnius successfully cooperates with both Lithuanian and foreign companies. During the last year we found directors for companies operating in energy, finance and investment, retail, manufacturing, real estate, telecommunications and other markets. The merger of Fontes Vilnius and MPS allows us to create higher value for our clients, provide unique Human Resource Management solutions and be a solid partner not only in Lithuania, but other countries as well.
