Competency assessment
Assessment process of candidates or employees is based on individually developed competency model. The list of competencies required for successful performance in the position is discussed with the client.
During the assessment process we refer to assessment centre principle what means that the candidate is assessed using at least two different methods to assess a single competency. Assessment process implement at least two consultants in order to guarantee the results' objective and independence from the choice of the method. Assessment centre provides with the detailed information about the most important job competencies and motivation.
We use SHL methodologies that meet world standards and are adapted to Lithuanian market.

- Supporting and co-operating
- Creating and conceptualising
Competency assessment is used not only for employee selection but also for creating a personal employee development scheme, outplacement, organisational restructuring or improving team-work.
